Our Sydney operators don't shuffle. The crew that walks into your building in week one is the same crew six months later — same key cards, same building knowledge, same understanding of which executive arrives at 5:30am and which meeting rooms need to be reset by 7. Buyers underrate this: most quality issues in commercial cleaning come from churn, not from training. Our retention is two to three times the Sydney commercial cleaning industry average, and the documented scope-of-work means a substitute (when it does happen) walks in with the same checklist your regular operators use.
30-day termination, both sides
Sydney commercial cleaning contracts often favour the cleaner — long client notice, short cleaner notice. Ours is symmetrical: 30 days either side. If we don't perform, you can leave. If your site closes or downsizes, we adjust without penalty. We win the contract every quarter through performance, not through lock-in. Most of our Sydney clients have been with us for 5+ years, which suggests it works.
Worked example — 4,500 sqm Western Sydney warehouse
Logistics facility, 2 nights per week for the warehouse, 5 nights for the 600 sqm admin office, supplies included for the office. Sydney 2026 combined quote: $3,200–$4,400 per month. Includes scrubber pass on main aisles weekly, dock area degrease monthly, racking dust quarterly. Admin office is standard 5-night with full kitchen and washroom service. WHS sign-in protocol documented for both crews.
