By accessing and using ANZ Cleaning Services' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
ANZ Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Commercial cleaning
- Residential cleaning
- End of lease cleaning
- Specialized cleaning services
3. Booking and Cancellation
Our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional charges may apply for special requests or extra services
5. Service Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost
- If issues persist, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- Direct damages caused by our negligence
- The cost of the cleaning service provided
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
In Sydney 2026, a fair commercial cleaning quote sits between $40 and $55 per hour for offices under 500 sqm, or $0.40 to $1.20 per square metre per visit for larger sites — with a 15 to 35 percent premium for after-hours work. If a quote is meaningfully cheaper than that band, the cleaner has either underscoped or plans to underdeliver. If it's meaningfully more, you're paying for someone else's overhead. We quote inside the band, we show our maths, and we tell you which two or three line items move the price up or down.
Per-visit fixed pricing
You don't pay per hour for unpredictable output. Every Sydney site gets quoted as a fixed dollar value per scheduled visit, with the scope locked in as a numbered appendix. Slow operators are our problem, not yours. If we underestimate, that's our margin loss. Predictable invoicing, no overtime surprises, no "we needed an extra hour this week" emails.
Worked example — 1,200 sqm Hills District medical clinic
GP practice with allied health suites, daily clean after 6pm, TGA-approved disinfectants, infection control protocols. Sydney 2026 quote: $380–$470 per visit, equivalent to ~$11,000–$13,500 per month. Includes terminal-clean protocol on consult rooms, biohazard handling, RACGP-compliant chemical use, and the supervisor is one of two operators trained in healthcare environment cleaning. Pathology lab quoted separately.
