Quotes are vague, scope sentences are one-line, consumable inclusions are unclear, and "after-hours surcharge" appears on the invoice but never in the agreement. We don't think that's a sustainable way to run a B2B services business. Every ANZ proposal lists scope as a numbered appendix, names the consumables we supply at unit cost, breaks out the after-hours premium as a separate line, and uses a 30-day termination clause that's symmetrical on both sides. That's our pitch — same-week start, no asterisks.

WHS undertakings documented in the contract appendix. Police-check evidence for every operator filed and retrievable.
